Au revoir. Last bottle of my Amarillo/Centennial Oatmeal IPA down the hatch. At 4 months old, there’s still a little hop character left, but it’s lost a lot of its glory. Not bad for a kitchen sink beer. I actually liked what flaked oats brought to the table.
